2011 Group Run Information
New members and friends are always welcome. You do not need to be a member to participate in our weekly group runs. Team MAD has members of all speeds and fitness levels from all over the area. Baby joggers and friendly, leashed dogs are welcome at our runs, with the exception of track and trail events. Come out and run with us!
